Barrier Terminal Block (Screw Type)
Screw-clamp connector to IEC 60947-7-1, PA66 flame-retardant housing, brass conductor, multiple ways and current ratings for in-panel power and control wiring.
A barrier terminal block connects two or more conductors at a fixed connection point within a control panel or junction box. Each pole features screw clamps on both sides, while insulating barriers between poles help maintain the required creepage and clearance distances. This series is manufactured in accordance with IEC 60947-7-1 and features a flame-retardant PA66 housing with a brass current-carrying conductor. It is available in various pole counts and current ratings to suit different applications. Commonly used by panel builders, OEMs, and installers, it provides reliable power and control wiring connections in distribution boards and electrical equipment.
Construction
The block uses a one-piece insulating body that carries the brass conductors and the screw clamps. The body is moulded in flame-retardant polyamide (PA66, UL94 V-2), and variants in ABS or PE are available for specific temperature and cost requirements. The conductor is brass, and the clamping screws are zinc-plated steel. Raised barriers between adjacent ways separate the live parts. Each way accepts a conductor on each side, which makes the block suitable for through-connection, splicing, and distribution.

Selection
Please specify the number of poles, conductor cross-section, rated current and voltage, and mounting method (DIN rail or panel). For larger conductors and higher currents, select the high-current lug-type blocks; for control and signal wiring, use the compact small-pitch blocks. Also indicate the destination market to ensure the correct documentation is provided. For inquiries, contact [email protected].
